We have found at Helping Hands that a large number of customers are looking for more than the care package that we can provide. Many are looking for lifestyle help that can stretch from financial advice through to mobility aids.

We aim to give our customers as much help and support as we possibly can, using our wealth of experience including our Registered Nurse Assessing Team, we looked at like minded companies and choose those that we feel have the same values and quality of service as Helping Hands.

From this, the Helping Hands Approved Scheme was born. It is an accreditation scheme that cuts through the minefield of options to direct those looking at independent living to a definitive list. However, this is not an endorsement that we will grant lightly. We take our responsibilities incredibly seriously and only want to align our accreditation with companies that we feel share the same inherent quality values and passion for dignity in care. That is why we work on an invitation only basis and focus tighty on technical and professional creditations
