Helping Hands Home Care is a family run care provider which is based in Alcester, just a few miles from Bromsgrove. We have been providing hourly home care in Bromsgrove since 1989.
Over the years our hourly carers have helped thousands of people in Bromsgrove take care of general everyday and personal tasks; this help allows the customer to continue to live at home and provides much needed peace of mind for the family.
All of our Hourly Carers receive thorough training, including a full (CRB) Criminal Records Bureau check. Our hourly carers services include:
General care
• General housework, including laundry and the preparation of meals.
• Errands, such as shopping, collecting pensions, benefits or Doctor’s prescriptions.
• Clerical assistance such as letter writing, making phone calls or filling out forms.
• Help getting out and about, taking trips, visiting friends or going on excursions.
• Offering companionship. Simple tasks like reading, chatting and listening.
• A Sitting service; providing brief relief for an existing care giver.
Personal care
• Help getting up in the morning - toileting and bathing, washing and dressing.
• Help with going to bed in the evening.
• Help overseeing medication.
• Overnight stays where necessary.
