When you arrive in Alcester for your induction week, there are a number of important things that you need to have with you; some for your comfort during your stay and others to help us process your application quickly and efficiently.
Checklist for Live in Carer applicants
- Travel details/tickets
- Passport
- Driving licence
- 2 other forms of identification
- 2 passport photos
- An emergency contact name and number
- Full career history, including names, dates and locations
- The name, address and telephone number of your last employer
- Details and telephone numbers of other care positions you have held
- 2 other reference details
- Full address history for last 5 years
- Proof of address
- Proof of National Insurance details
- Spending money for food and provisions
- Clothes, toiletries and your own towel
- Money for accommodation
Check List for Hourly Carer applicants
- Completed application form
- Passport
- Driving licence
- 2 other forms of identification
- An emergency contact name and number
- Copy of NVQ certificates (if applicable)
- Details and telephone numbers of other care positions you have held (If applicable)
- Proof of address
- Proof of National Insurance details
- £44 for Criminal Record Check
Don't forget....Lunch is provided on all 4 training days
Dress code is casual clothing, however please wear sensible footwear due to the moving and handling training!!
