Matching clients

At Helping Hands we put a lot of effort into our matching process; we try to match on the basis of personality, location and experience. Experience is a big determining factor when matching a customer and Carer. Certain care packages and conditions will require more experience than others; we never put our Carers into situations that they are not equipped to handle.

Some of our Carers prefer to work in city environments, others prefer the countryside. Some like to be close to home and others prefer to see different parts of the country. We try to accommodate everyone’s preference, but we do ask for some flexibility.

Not only do our Carers input on the type of customers they would like to be matched with, but potential customers have the opportunity to read full profiles on any proposed Carers, including details of training, experience and testimonials.

By doing our best to make sure that both Carer and customer are comfortable at the start of the care package, we ensure that our superior standards are consistently maintained and that everyone is happy!
