Accreditation is a process of external quality review; a process that allows our customers to have confidence in the service that they are considering; and a process that allows employees to take pride in what they do and understand just how well they do it.

From the Carers in the field to the office team in Alcester, we all aim to better ourselves, improve our knowledge and our service. Accreditation holds us to our high standards; and it helps us gain insight and support for process improvement throughout the business.

Helping Hands Homecare is regulated by the CQC and received an EXCELLENT rating at our last inspection; we are also a member of the UKHCA, the professional association of homecare providers.
