Hello I am Kelly Buckley. You will be pleased to know that we provide Live-in Care in the West Midlands and Leicestershire. I know the West Midlands area extremely well due to the fact that this is where I am based, my family love living here. Having two children it is a really great place to live as there is so much to see and do, in particular we love to visit Warwick Castle, St Nicholas's Park and Hill Close Gardens which have recently been restored, the local people have worked tirelessly to save Hill Close from destruction, they are now open to the public. Also there is of course Stratford-upon-Avon which is lovely in the summer by the river.

Young Adult and Respite Care
I have a number of young customers who never cease to amaze me, one in particular has Cerebral Palsy, not only has he achieved independent living, but has an active social live with a large group of friends, all with the support of an amazing live-in carer. One of the reasons Live-in care works so well is the matching that takes place between the customer and carer, we ensure that both are suited to each other in terms of experience and personality. Not only does this benefit our customers but also our carers too.
My experience with Older customers
I have customers with dementia, Alzheimers, Cerebral Palsy and cancer. After living a full and varied life, it is so important that our customers are happy and able to retain their independent lifestyle and with a carer they are able to stay in their own home without the restrictions implied by care homes.
Job Satisfaction
The satisfaction that I will get from my role within Helping Hands is fantastic. Knowing that I am responsible for a specific area within the UK, delivering an invaluable service, and one that makes such a difference to someone’s quality of life is incredibly motivating.
Carers
Helping Hands has a reputation for great carers. Carers are vital to Helping Hands as they ensure we are able to deliver to the exceptional standard that we are renowned for.
About Me
I currently live in Solihull with my husband and my two children but I am originally from Belfast. I consider myself to be a fun, lively, creative and extremely motivated person. I love to spend time with my family and socialise with my friends.
