What is Younger Adults Care?
Younger Adults Care from Helping Hands is a full-time care solution for younger adults between the ages of 18 and 65 who wish to stay in their own home and continue to live life on their terms, to their timetable. With one-to-one home care, there is no fixed regimen and the level of care and support is incomparable.
Live-in Care offers independence 
Many of the younger adults we support with Live-in Care lead very active lives; some go to work, others attend college or university and maintain a full and hectic social life, keeping up hobbies, sports and outside interests.
As well as looking after any personal care needs, such as toileting, bathing or overseeing medication, a Live-in Carer can help with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry and shopping. They can accompany you as you go about your daily life; some of our Carers drive, and if you have a car they can help you with travel to and from work or university, or out on day trips.
For those that value their independence, that want to stay behind their own front door and not have to leave their home or pets, Live-in Care is the perfect solution. A fully trained Live-in Carer / PA lives in the customer’s home; they sleep in their own room and provide one-to-one full time care and companionship, following an agreed support plan that is personalised to the individual, taking into account the lifestyle they wish to maintain.
Personal one-to-one home care on your terms
Each individual support plan is put together in conference with those that are familiar with existing routines and needs. Each plan is arranged on your terms and is designed to meet existing preferences for medications, meals and eating times and favoured activities. And as needs change, a one-to-one care plan offers the flexibility to change with those needs.

We put a lot of effort in to our matching process, ensuring that our customers and Carers / PAsare compatible and will be able to build a good working relationship.
