INSPECTION REPORT PUBLISHED.

Following our recent successful visit from the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) our Inspection Report has been published to the general public.

The CSCI Inspection is the main tool used in both the assessment of quality and also in the raising of standards. All services are benchmarked against the National Minimum Standards using a 4 point scale.  In all instances Helping Hands met the standard required, in 2 areas, that of risk management and our commitment to the best interests of service users, we exceeded the standard required and were commended for our work.
