Helping Hands will guarantee continuity of cover for live-in care across England and Wales. If you are happy with your live-in carer then they will stay with you for as long as you want them to. We do not employ one week on / one week off policies or rotate staff. Our live-in carers work ongoing, usually for many weeks at a time. The only break in cover you should receive would be through holiday or illness.
