Accreditation is a process of external quality review; a process that allows customers and customers to have a certain amount of confidence in the product or service that they are considering. For a business, the greatest benefits of accreditation are being issued an external, impartial mark of quality, being held to high standards, and gaining insight and support for process improvement.

Further Recognition

Nationally, a number of social services and PCTs across England and Wales use our Live-in Care service. With our regional Hourly Care service, we support a number of block contracts within Worcestershire and Warwickshire, delivering over 5000 hours of care per week.
