Quality Care Services At Helping Hands Home Care & Live In Care

Today, we’re the only fully regulated home care provider to be endorsed as a Centre of Excellence. This endorsement from Skills for Care is an official recognition of the quality of our internal training and induction programme, including our award-winning carer training.

 Our bespoke training programme, which includes practical training facilities demonstrates the commitment we have to our carers and customers. Unlike some home care providers, we’re also fully regulated, inspected and rated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) – we firmly believe that this assurance and transparency can only drive the best possible experience for those in need of a helping hand.

Prior to working out in the community, our carers go through a detailed, mandatory training programme, covering all aspects of care. From first aid and medication administration to extensive dementia training, we ensure of all our carers are fully equipped and their expertise are always at the best level they can be.

As a Dementia Champion accredited provider and part of the Dementia Action Alliance, our managers and carers have the necessary knowledge and experience to provide high-quality, dementia care and advice to both our customers and their loved ones.


Live In Carers & Requirements

High-quality care starts with outstanding training, that’s why we’re delighted to support our live-in carers every step of the way. Our in-depth training isn’t just for new recruits, we provide regular refresher training for all our carers.

It doesn’t stop there. From providing hands-on care themselves through to working with health care organisations and charities, our management team work very closely with our carers, helping to deliver outstanding care around the clock. Our Live-In Care Managers regularly review carer performance, conduct appraisals and provide ongoing support – giving you constant peace of mind.
