Business Partners – Bright Horizons

Bright Horizons + My Family Care

Bright Horizons owns My Family Care. They fund a certain amount of care for their employees.

Bright Horizons is a global organisation focused on solutions that help employers and employees to live and work at their best. They provide many employee benefits to some large blue chip companies including Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank & HSBC to name a few; they offer childcare vouchers, nannies & out of school clubs aswell as adult care. It’s the adult care we partner with them for.

PROCESS

The care for Bright Horizons is requested through a portal supported by a CAS number. Accessed by management, Lee, Kerry & Matt. The appropriate branch needs to be called initially to see if the care can be covered, if it can we enter a queue to “win” that care.

If we win we are sent an email to the partners@ email address confirming all the details including the relevant CAS number that is vital for getting our invoice paid. Any changes in the care the customer has to do this through the portal; New Business or Branches should not change anything as if the CAS number doesn’t match the original request we will not get paid.

This information is forwarded to the relevant branch and credit control.

An assessment is booked in the usual manner and care can be given.

Bright Horizons are then billed at a set rate of £28 per hour / £30 for weekends

  • Minimum of 1 hour visits
  • No assessment fee or travel costs charged
  • Cancellations after 5pm the day before are to be charged at 4 hours
  • Sleeps are charged at the hourly rate
  • Clinical care is an additional £2

My Family Care requests currently come through either by phone or to the enquiries@ email, the process is then the same as for Bright Horizons, however it will be supported with a BAE number. Any assessments that are requested without care being booked are charged at the hourly rate.

Both companies also have a link from the appropriate company they work for to apply for additional care through a portal as a private customer and then receive a 5% discount which would be largely used for live in requests. This link enters straight into our CRM and managed by Lee, Kerry & Matt. Standard prices apply for these requests and the discount is given by credit control.
