Mary Lee set up Helping Hands in 1989, as a teacher of children with learning disabilities. Although Mary has now retired, today, the family values are still in safe hands with Tim & Ben her sons.
Our Carer Promise
We will look after you and your well-being, so that you can look after our customers. You can expect a full five days of hands on training at our National Training Centre in Warwickshire, so you can learn all the skills you need regardless of any previous experience so that you go into placement feeling confident to look after your customers like they are members of your own family. Our placement team will work with you to really get to know the person you’re providing care for before you even reach their doorstep.

Where do you fit in the family?
