Recruitment & Training of Live-in Carers in Spain
Helping Hands has been successfully running regular Training Events on the Spanish mainland for several years managed by our Spanish based Recruitment Team. Having experienced a growing number of Spanish based Carers (ex-pats and Spanish Nationals) and recognising the high quality of recruits from Spain in 2015 we set up our dedicated Recruitment & Training Centre in Spain. This Centre enables us to host regular New Recruit Training Events and refresher Training for existing employees as well as having an office for interviews and meetings.
How to Apply?
Helping Hands has two Spanish based Recruitment Co-ordinators (Susan Edwards and Jayne Vale) who will manage your application from initial enquiry right up to starting with your first customer in the UK. Depending on where you live in Spain please contact either Susan or Jayne by email or simply give them a call to introduce yourself, you can cover any questions that you may have informally and if you wish to take your application further a face to face meeting will be set up at our Spanish offices or at a location close to your Spanish base. Your dedicated recruitment Co-ordinator will guide you through the entire recruitment process and assist you at every stage of the Recruitment & Training journey so that everything will be set up ready for you to start work in the UK after you have successfully completed your Carer Training Week in Spain.
