Branch Care Manager
My responsibilities are to manage the day-to-day running of the branch. I access customers' needs and I set up care packages, while overseeing schedules to ensure customers have continuity of care and make sure person-centred care is always delivered - making sure everything is compliant. In short, I am the one accountable for the smooth running of the Torquay branch. The things I enjoy most about my role is knowing my team and customers, and interacting with them. I enjoy receiving outstanding feedback from our customers about the care they have received. I have been a carer myself, and often share this with new carers joining the team. I still love delivering care. In my spare time, I love knitting, crochet and baking, and quite often treat the branch staff to my bakes!

Domiciliary care to support your independence
-
Helping Hands was founded by Mary Lee in 1989 in order to enable those who needed a little extra help to feel safe and supported in their own home. And we’re incredibly proud that, thirty years later, we are still providing the same level of high-quality care to thousands of individuals across the nation. Big enough to support your every need yet still small enough to care, we are committed to finding the perfect care solution that enables you to continue to live your life entirely on your terms – with a helping hand along the way.
We understand how important it is for you to have full control over your care, which is why domiciliary care from Kathryn and her team allows you to have freedom over the frequency and intensity of the support you receive. We’ll work with you to ensure that you have the domiciliary care that you want, when you want it. After all, there really is no place like home.

We’re incredibly proud to be one of the leading home care providers in the UK, offering support to thousands of families across England and Wales. But without the compassion and commitment of our wonderful carers, we wouldn’t be where we are today. They go above and beyond for our customers every day, and it is their dedication and natural ability to care that has kept us at the forefront of the home care industry for over 30 years.
