There was a very sympathetic lady who answered the phone to me and let me ramble away about my MIL and all her problems it made me feel so much happier about the whole thing.

I was a bit worried about calling not knowing what to expect, but from the start Lindsey was very friendly and listened extremely well. She answered the phone in a bubbly way which I commented on. Thanks to her I was immediately comfortable.
Adviser excellent in answering all my questions – can’t give top score at the moment as I need to digest all that was said!

An appointment was made at a convenient time. I was given the information I asked about.
I am collecting the forms behalf of ,y mother who is the service recipient. I am therefore relying on her information and am yet to see things first hand. Mom assures me she is happy with her helper and how she is completing her tasks
