Helping hands have been exceptional in every aspect, ensuring that the care provided is tailored to the specific needs of the client. Carers are on time, professional but above all kind and friendly. The office staff have been so helpful too especially in the early days of having to organise care when you don’t know where to turn. They have provide a sympathetic ear and good advice.I would welcome Helping Hands to anyone considering employing a care agency.
Overall the care received is very good. The carers that attend daily are always friendly, polite and caring. However they don’t always read the care notes.. We don’t always have the schedule on time to tell us who will be visiting and this sometimes causes unnecessary anxiety and stress.
