I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the carers who attend my call. Especially in these extraordinary times, my carers enter my home with a happy, smiling, and pleasant demeanour. The carers always conduct themselves in a professional way. It must be very hard to conduct themselves to this level of expertise in every call, to which I am very grateful they attend to me. I must highlight the regular staff who attend to me I’m night and weekend mornings. I look forward to their visits immensely, I’m value there presents together with the other members of the team greatly. I must also praise the office staff and the branch manager who are hard-working and conscientious in helping me maintain as much Independence as possible. Once again thank you Sharon Harris and all your team.
