It was clear that Christine was gathering a full picture of my mother’s care needs. It helped that I already know of a Helping Hands carer in Findern and have full confidence in the people and the arrangements. It also helped that I didn’t have to wait to be answered, or sit through a queueing system or process through menus. It felt both personal and professional.
