The lady on the phone was extremely professional & helped with my enquiry making it entirely easy to discuss a very complex situation. She understood that the “aggressive” label given to the client was actually the result of the persons environment & interactions with hospital staff, not his dementia. This to me demonstrates exceptional understanding & knowledge of the condition which gives me confidence. Her knowledge of CHC funding options was also outstanding.
