Shrewsbury Helping Hands have been providing daily care and support to my 95 year old mum, since she had a nasty fall nearly 2 years ago. Brilliant, friendly service with great communication from the office team too. Mum’s favourite carers are Jojo, Joan and Ian. It is good for her to have consistency of carer because she doesn’t easily ask for help but these carers make suggestions how they might help her
