Hannah and her team are fully committed to providing you or your loved one with bespoke home care services in West Wickham, Addington, Addiscombe, Bromley Common, Hayes and the surrounding areas. This is what Hannah has to say about the home care service she and her team provide!

Meet Hannah Cahill, our Branch Manager

Hi, I’m Hannah. As the West Wickham manager, I have a strong duty of care to my customers and my carers in equal measure and strive to provide care based not only on what is needed but what is wanted by each customer on an individual basis. I’ve worked in care for over seven years now, and having spent the last two and a half years working in Birmingham, I’m now back home in West Wickham!

Visiting care in West Wickham

Here at Helping Hands we offer individually tailored high quality home care in West Wickham, Hayes, Addington, New Addington, Bromley Common  and the surrounding areas. Still family owned and run, we draw on over 29 years of experience, to ensure that the very best standards of support are delivered by our carers to each and every one of our customers.

Hannah and her team provide everything from companionship, housekeeping, through to providing more complex healthcare support for people with conditions such as MS, Spinal Injuries, Parkinson’s, Acquired Brain Injuries and those that have suffered a Stroke. Every member of the Helping Hands team is here to ensure we enable our customers to enjoy the quality of life they deserve in the comfort of their own home, irrespective of their personal or medical needs.

The team of dedicated carers across West Wickham and the surrounding areas are chosen and trained at the branch, supported by expert guidance from a team of registered nurses and myself. We draw on our extensive knowledge of the area, having first launched Helping Hands in Warwickshire in 1989.

If you’re receiving direct payments for social care through social services, we are able to accept top-ups to these payments. Get in touch to find out more.

How visiting care is helping Audrey

We have received a consistent and excellent service. Having one main carer is wonderful and the hand-overs during the changes for the carers’ holidays has worked. Thank you very much.

You can be confident in the expert knowledge of our carers. All of our local West Wickham carers have been fully trained at our very own Centre of Excellence, and have a wide knowledge of complex condition-led care. The training team made the training so interesting, fun, and most of all, showed me that I am capable of caring for others.
