“As the Regional Care Director for London and Essex. I am responsible for the structure and support of our carers in the region, ensuring that our customers receive the seamless and compassionate service that Helping Hands is known for.
“I have worked in the healthcare sector for 12 years, but after having my children I wanted to join an industry which was close to my heart, after both of my grandparents had received care. After my previous experience I know how important it is to provide an exceptional quality of care to those who need it, and I’m incredibly proud to work for a company that does just that.”
Ursula has a Master’s degree in International Business Administration and has also been a registered Care Quality Commission (CQC) manager for over seven years across her previous roles, where she would work closely with Clinic Managers to prepare for their CQC interviews and visits.
Ursula’s career in the healthcare sector has spanned across a number of different areas – from retail to fitness and healthcare to surgical care. During her time at Harley Medical Group, Ursula managed the south region where she prioritised the safety and quality of the service that customers received, as well as ensuring that all clinics received outstanding internal audits.
Ursula also worked at Sk:n Clinic and LA Fitness as Area Manager and Regional Manager, before joining Helping Hands as Regional Care Director.
