Cannot fault the care our Mother receives. The carers are simply wonderful and we feel totally confident Mum is looked after. The lines of communication are always good and they could not be more helpful in the office. Thank you!

The office has been fantastic since Faith took over. She is so efficient, very kind, thoughtful and has a very caring attitude. Helping Hands have looked after Mum for the last 7 years and they are very efficient, caring and trustworthy and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. They took a lot of worry off our shoulders and looked after Mum really well. They are a credit the the Carers profession.

This was a first for me arranging care for mum as she was staying with us for a month. I did my research in the area and liked the ethos of helping hands. This was confirmed when they came to meet mum. We have been delighted with the carers that have been arranged for mum. They have all been professional and taken great care to make sure mum is happy with the personal care keeping her dignity intaked. We would highly recommend this company. My Mom had the most outstanding care, support and compassion from the amazing Solihill team. They supported not only her but also our family during a very difficult time. I could not have managed to give mom full support without them due to still working for the NHS. Mom has sadly passed but I will never forget Helping hands for treating Mom like their own family and keeping her safe. She always wanted her last years and days at home. Helping hands allowed me to carry out her wishes. Once Mom was in Palliative care Helping hands stepped in to also support my Husband and I. A painful journey I could not have done without them. A special thank you to Nicki and Sue for their outstanding care, compassion and support. You will never be forgotten.

Helping Hands have been supporting my uncle for several years now. This enables him to stay in his own home. My uncle suffers from depression and anxiety, which he has had to deal with for most of his adult life. Unfortunately his mental health has deteriorated much further since Covid and the lock downs. Sadly my cousin and I are finding it increasingly difficult to cope with his high level of anxiety and his demands. Without the consistent professional support from the Enfield team I don’t think we could cope or continue to help him. My uncle is well looked after, his needs are always met, the communication is excellent. The carers and their manager are doing their very best for him, although he can be very hard to please. Sadly he doesn’t appreciate most of their efforts, but I certainly do. Thank you Helping Hands Enfield.

Have been working with the company since may and I can honestly say, I love my job, all staff and customers are lovely and Nadine, Tracey, Gemma and Julia are always at the end of the phone or at office if I needed anything, great company to work for

I'm one of many carers that work for the branch and I can honestly say that I've been welcomed into the branch with open arms, the office staff are a lovely bunch of women to work for theyre all very approachable, helpful and understanding towards their staff. The clients we care for are all very lovely people and I'm happy to be honered enough to care for them 😊. No day is the same within care and I've not worked for a nicer company!

I have worked in a lot of care setting throughout my life and I have to say that joining helping hands Ramsgate has to be the best move I have done they are all very friendly and helpful from office staff to other members of the care team
