Helping Hands (Newbury) provided homecare four times daily for my son in Feb/March 2021. I was very impressed with the kindness shown not only towards my son but to me also. It was clear that he was not just 'another customer' and they were always very careful to treat him as a young individual, often having long conversations about things other than his care needs or condition. I would often here both he and the team laughing about the daftest of things which made me feel comfortable that the best care was being provided. From day one they stepped in to reassure and guide us through what was an incredibly daunting and unexpected situation. I am very grateful for the respectful way he was treated in what was a very unusual situation for someone so young. Thank you.
