Everything will be arranged with you and our local branch manager at your initial home meeting, where we’ll discuss everything from your care needs and health & safety in your home, to your personality, hobbies and what you want to achieve from your care plan. That way, your support plan is completely tailored to you and how you want to maintain your independence.

If you’ve been caught short after an illness or you’ve recently been discharged from hospital and you’re unable to live comfortably at home without extra support, our emergency care service can step in at a moment’s notice – usually within 24 hours of your first contact with us. And just because we set your care up quickly, it doesn’t mean we’ll skimp on the quality or safety either. We’ll make sure we get everything covered, from personal care and mobility support, to how you like your tea or what you like for breakfast – all of which will be delivered by our CQC-regulated team in Wilmslow.

Robert and his team of carers work extremely hard to provide the right care and support for those in Wilmslow, ensuring they cater for everyone’s needs in an individual way.
