Meet Zoe Fry Regional Clinical Lead – West

I have worked in the care sector since the age of 18, beginning my career in domiciliary care before progressing into the NHS as a Community Healthcare Support Worker. During this time, I completed my nurse training part-time, allowing me to build a strong foundation of practical experience alongside my studies.

Since qualifying as a nurse, I have gained experience across a variety of healthcare settings, including community nursing, prison healthcare, primary care within GP surgeries, and hospice care. These diverse roles have given me valuable insight into supporting individuals with a wide range of health and care needs.

My current position at Helping Hands is my first role specific to complex care, supporting both live-in and hourly care services. I am passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enables people to maintain their independence and continue living comfortably in their own homes. What particularly attracted me to Helping Hands is its unique combination of nursing interventions and care services, reflecting a genuine commitment to providing holistic, compassionate support tailored to each individual.
