It was great to have helping hands around when I came out of hospital. All the carers were very pleasant and obliging. I appreciated the Richmond manager being there too, to arrange everything for me at short notice. I would happily recommend Helping Hands to my friends.

Wonderful service given by the office team who really try to accommodate all requests. The carers visiting my parents are very supportive and listen to them and always give fantastic service. My Mum, who is almost blind, couldn't manage without their continued support. They help her maintain her independence so that she can help care for my Dad who has Alzheimers.

We have had the first meeting for my father in law and the first visit will be in a couple of weeks. The care should meet his needs to keep his independance.

I have worked for Helping hands for 3 1/2 years, I have done many roles within the company working in lots of different branches. I finally settled at the Epsom branch in October, I haven't looked back since, I am working with the most amazing team, we all work so well together all helping each other out when required. We have amazing carers who delivering the most amazing service. I have recently been working closely with the live in carer, who I have got to know well they are all the most caring individuals, we have welcomed them all into our close-knit family/team. I would highly recommend a career with helping hands, I have worked for a few other carer companies, I can say that this is the best. You are not just a name they care for all their employees. I used Helping hands for a short time while my wife was recovering from a broken arm. All the carers were pleasant, courteous and pleasant. Most were efficient, with only the odd minor foible.
