Competition Terms And Conditions

1. Eligibility​ The promotion is open to new customers who start an ongoing Live-in Care Service package (excluding respite) provided by Helping Hands Home Care during the promotional period: 1st October 2025 – 31st December 2025. This offer excludes any temporary respite care packages.​
2. Promotion details​ New customers who start an ongoing Live-in Care Service package with a 4-week (or more) plan during October 2025 will receive a free welcome gift hamper. The hamper will be provided during the first 4 weeks of care with Helping Hands Home Care.​
3. Completion of care​ The gift hamper will only be provided after starting an ongoing package of 4 full weeks or more of ongoing live-in care. If the care arrangement is shorter than 4 weeks or terminated within the first 4 weeks of care, the promotion will be void.​
4. One hamper per customer​ Only one gift hamper will be provided per customer, regardless of the number of care arrangements or starters. The hamper will be given to the individual receiving the care or, if applicable, their family member or representative.​
5. Promotion period​ This promotion is valid between 1st October 2025 and 31st December 2025. Helping Hands Home Care reserves the right to extend or cancel the promotion at its discretion.​
6. Hamper details​ The gift hamper will be chosen and confirmed by Helping Hands Home Care and fulfilled by a third party organisation. The hamper is non-transferable and no alternative or cash value will be offered.​
7. Other restrictions​ This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions run by Helping Hands Home Care.​
8. Liability​ Helping Hands Home Care accepts no liability for any damage or loss associated with the gift hamper once it has been delivered to the customer.​
9. Right to modify or cancel​ Helping Hands Home Care reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.​
10. Data protection​ By participating in this promotion, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of processing and delivering the gift hamper. All data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.​
