Balham
Balham, south-west London, appeared in the Domesday Book as Belgeham and has been settled since Saxon times. As in other places, the area developed significantly after the arrival of the railway, but it suffered heavy damage from air raids in World War II. There are many significant buildings in the area, not least the attractive Art-Deco apartment building Du Cane Court, which featured in the period drama Poirot.
While we can’t claim to have our beginnings as far back as the Art-Deco period, we do have an impressive history stretching back to 1989. Since then we’ve been delivering exceptional visiting and live-in care to our customers across the capital, all fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
