Responsive and professional describe the service and care that mom and dad have received since dad came out of hospital following covid and a fall in mid January. As well as helping physically the approach adopted has helped mon and dad mentally, so much so that they have regained their independence and we have been able to reduce the support needed to more of a watching brief. Many thanks to everyone at Helping Hands who have been involved with helping mom and dad, it was great to see them last weekend enjoying being taken out for a meal.

Your carers are very professional and caring. I'm really happy with the team you have provided me with on a regular basis, I would definitely recommend Helping Hands to a family member or close friends

Carers are very caring and helpful but their arrival time sometimes does not fit with the original time requirement. Not recently, but in the past bill discrepancies have taken too long to be sorted out and settled. But in recent times, charges have been more accurate.

Helping hands have been exceptional in every aspect, ensuring that the care provided is tailored to the specific needs of the client. Carers are on time, professional but above all kind and friendly. The office staff have been so helpful too especially in the early days of having to organise care when you don't know where to turn. They have provide a sympathetic ear and good advice.I would welcome Helping Hands to anyone considering employing a care agency.

Sarah was friendly, professional & directed her questions to the client instead of members of the family.

Overall the care received is very good. The carers that attend daily are always friendly, polite and caring. However they don't always read the care notes.. We don't always have the schedule on time to tell us who will be visiting and this sometimes causes unnecessary anxiety and stress.

Both Christine and Phoebe went out of their way to try to accommodate my brother's needs. They are a credit to the company.

Alex who I spoke with was very helpful, I cam away with all the information I need to take things further.

The carers are amazing, absolutely fabulous and could not be improved.There is not enough room in this box to comment on the communication issues with the office! It can be summarised with you can rarely get through, the organisation is poor and lacks attention to detail, complaints are dealt with poorly.

I would have preferred to have spoken to my local office.
