The care that HH provide is competitively priced, well organised, effective and reliable, they never let us down and always communicated in a timely manner. Helping hands provide visiting care for my husband who is immobile and suffers from vascular dementia. I also suffer from poor health, so the care that they provide for my husband is invaluable and an enormous stress relief for me. The carers are punctual and wear full PPE. They are very respectful towards my husband (and to me!) and always treat him with dignity, compassion, and with a friendly smile. I feel well supported by them and the staff in the office, who are always accessible if help or advice is required. I feel that we are in safe hands. Thank you helping hands.
