I have been working as a Home Carer in Helping Hands Cheadle Branch for nearly 4 years. I am always happy to work with our amazing customers. Our branch care Manager ( Jay ) and the coordinator team in office ( Amy, Gemma and Helen) are very helpful who cares and well supportive and more welcoming to all staff and new carers. I have a good work life balance and have been able to find the right of my availability that works for me and the company. Extremely good with all aspects of care provided. I will definitely recommended Helping Hands a fantastic place to work. Good team work. So happy to be part of the team 😊

Helping hands is a great company to work for . I feel my contribution is recognised by the team and they often ring me up to check how I’m getting on . The training sessions are comprehensive and make me feel confident when in my role.
