I was returning to my home having been in a care home for a few weeks and at the time Helping Hands was the only agency who could provide a carer for three visits a day. All the carers are friendly, cheerful and willing to give assistance when asked. As I live on my own it is very reassuring to know that one of them will be coming in. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for care.

We have used Helping hands for over a year for my mother who has dementia. We have received outstanding service from all the carers and office staff. I own my business and am fully aware how difficult it is to get everyone in the right place at the right time and with a smile and do an efficient job but helping hands have managed just that every time. I cannot thank you enough for your time and care. Bravo !!

Helping Hands have been supporting my 91 years old father very capably and compassionately for some time. This morning my father had a suspected stroke. The way in which they handled a difficult situation was exemplary, particularly in view of the ambulance worker's strike. Thanks to Nigel and Laura particularly, my father is now receiving care in hospital. I cannot praise all of your staff at Chichester enough. Every one of them with whom I have had contact is a tremendous credit to your organisation.

This is a fabulous service and all the carers I met were very professional, helpful and adaptable. My only difficulty was that as I got stronger I needed to have earlier appointments and although management did its best to accommodate my wishes it did not always work. I am taking a break from assistance at the moment but will be back when I need more help in the future.

The person I spoke to was very understanding and listened to my problems with my parents. Assured me they could help in many ways and I felt reassured. Of course I have to convince my parents now! / Something to note was that it took me sometime to get through to the right person to talk to.
