Our carers come to us with a range of knowledge and experience, some gained through years in the care industry and others elsewhere, but regardless of where it comes from, we always value people’s experiences and build on them accordingly. While it’s true we always want to deliver consistent care to the highest standards, we value the differences that make our carers and customers unique and know that how you wish to spend your days is not going to be the same as everybody else. Consequently, we equip our carers with a wide range of knowledge that means they’ll be able to support you as the individual you are, not just see you as a particular condition. Our in-house training academy ensures that we always provide bespoke learning opportunities to everyone who works for us and encourage development whenever possible.
