Juliette and all the carers from the Havant branch of Helping Hands have provided fantastic care for our mum. At very short notice (less than a day!) Juliette worked her socks off to make sure Mum got 24 hour care following a crisis. All the carers have been amazing - cooking, cleaning, providing lovely companionship, taking Mum out on little trips and making her feel safe. Thank you to Jules and your fantastic team!

My initial contact with the company and subsequent phone conversations and meetings were handled in a very professional manner. My father was apprehensive about the first visit from your carer but it was a good experience for him and he was reassured by the carer's attentiveness and professionalism

Following a poor experience with live-in carers, my husband I & returned to hourly care. He has Parkinson's Disease & is in a wheelchair. Following a careful assessment of his needs, a dedicated team came in the morning and evening every day. They were prompt, professional, compassionate and were of enormous help to us both until such time my husband had to enter a care home. We will always be grateful to Jenna & her wonderful carers.
