Adele Adeyemi and the team would love to hear your feedback, as it will help them to continue improving their services for all of their customers. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to hear from you soon.
Sam Chantry has been amazing and stepped in when short staffed to cover the care. She was always proactive and nothing was too much trouble, ensuring the wellbeing of my Uncle at all times
This was the first time I have used any form of Home Care. Required help post surgery for a short time. The process was seamless from the assessment visit to the start of actual help. The service was also accommodating as my times of visits changed with hospital appointments, some early morning. The support workers were all friendly and helpful and always asked if there was anything else I needed help with. Overall very happy with my experience.
My parents in law needed some extra help with my father-in-law who had a number of conditions including dementia and being blind. My mother-in-law was struggling to look after him and meet all his care needs. We approached Helping Hands and organised daily care visits to assist with my father-in-laws personal care. Sam who organised it all was professional and caring and although, we never met the carers that she arranged to send in daily, my mother-in-law always said how lovely they were and how good they were with my father-in-law. Additionally my mother in-law registered with Helping Hands and has used them to get her to hospital appointments and home again. My father-in-law has now moved into a care home so Helping Hands are no longer visiting and I know that the daily contact with the carers is greatly missed. Thank you to Helping Hands and all of the wonderful staff for taking away some of the stress and strain of dealing with ageing parents. I would not hesitate to recommend Helping Hands Dartford if you are in need of a helping hand.
I approached Helping Hands as I was looking for support for my mother who has Alzheimer's. Hef condition had changed and she wasn't eating properly. Sam the branch manager came out to meet my mum, myself and my wife. Sam put us at ease, through questions, mums history etc, confirmed they could help with our requirements and her needs. The process was seamless and we agreed an initial 3 days of support. This increased to 5 days later in the contract period. All staff without exception were absolutely fantastic, caring, understanding, helpful, and great company for mum. Mum loved the ladies that visited her. In addition Sam was able to provide support/advice for me, which was both comforting and invaluable. My mum has now had to go into a care home for her safety and health. I would totally recommend Helping Hands as visiting carers, reliable, efficient and great communication. Excellent service, thank you to everyone at the Dartford branch.
Excellent service.
Louise was a really lovely helpful lady and we would appreciate it if we can have her permanently. We don't want different ladies all the time. The last lady we had was always late and was going earlier, helping hands are charging us for these ladies to come into our homes plus the are charging us for their mileage which I think it's pretty unfair, especially when the lady I last had never completed their hours and choose her own times when to come. I ask for a lady to come from 11-1pm not when they please themselves what time they come and go. As I stated we are paying for this service, but I do feel charging people for mileage on top as well is a bit of a insult to your customers. I for one is going to look elsewhere
The lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful and gave me the information I needed to move forward. She was fantastic
Efficient, thorough listened and got the measure of my mum. quick enough. I felt confident in the service u r going to provide. We wait and see!

Michelle took her time to explain everything.
The lady I spoke to was an excellent listener, very kind and helpful.
We really feel that HH genuinely care about my mother and provide us with a reassuring presence that she is being well looked after and remains safe
Good service but sometimes when running behind schedule there is no communication
On the whole the care is good but there is a lack of continuity and sometimes messages about care don't get through to the carers. However the vast majority of carers are caring and willing.
We need 24/7 care for our mum as our dad has just passed away and Chris Ball was so very helpful a few weeks ago and again today.
Very caring and takes the needs of the person into consideration when designing the care plan.
The cleaner was so helpful and done everything I ask her to do also she showed us so much respect and was very professional / Please can we have the same person every week, thank you
Hekpfull
