Hayley Hutton and the team would love to hear your feedback, as it will help them to continue improving their services for all of their customers. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to hear from you soon.
Aptly named caring helping hands All carers very kind and caring especially Debbie Greening Reliable time keeping gives one confidence
Cannot fault the care our Mother receives. The carers are simply wonderful and we feel totally confident Mum is looked after. The lines of communication are always good and they could not be more helpful in the office. Thank you!
I approached Helping Hands for assistance for the first time after having a fall in which I injured my knee severely. I am nearly ninety years old, and it was difficult to accomplish simple household tasks while reliant on a stick. I asked for two hours visiting care a week. The ladies who came helped me with my ironing - arranging laundry to dry on an airer, taking it down and doing the actual ironing. They all did this with great care, in spite of sometimes rather confusing instructions from me! They were all very pleasant people, and always asked if I needed additional help. They were not in the least patronising. I would recommend Helping Hands to anyone in need of help after illness or an accident, and I shall certainly seek their help if in difficulties again.
Remarkable service which is enabling my parents of 91 and 87 to live in their own home and community. Good communication with Hayley Hutton enabling package to be adjusted as needs change. Excellent attention to detail in care package. Carers genuinely caring, friendly and helpful. Responsible and knowledgeable service. Identified need for hoist and arranged delivery of item quickly.
We are delighted with the care our mother is receiving. The commitment to help her maintain her independent status has been so reassuring. And the lines of communication with the company are brilliant.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Linda who is visiting my mother twice a week. We know that she is new to Helping Hands but is a great asset. My mother really appreciates her kindness and care and that she notices just those extra little things that need doing or would help her. All the carer’s have been great but Linda is now the main carer, visiting twice a week and is doing a wonderful job which we greatly appreciate.
Your careers are very good and well trained. However the newsletter sent to my father showed little thought for the elderly. For example the font size was far too small, the photos were not clear and the text was far too wordy. Maybe some larger photos of your excellent carers would be more identifiable as they could be seen without masks. Just a small point, but keep up the good work.
Always helpful. We have a great team looking after my brother.
It was the first time I used this service and was impressed but because of the new lock down I have had to pause until the start of December
Helpful and efficient, a few crossed wires but we got there.
Helpful person who has referred my request to the appropriate branch. Waiting for call to arrange assessment appointment.
Currently going through a difficult time very empathetic and able to offer reassurance and solutions
Meeting and dealing with Louise was an absolute breeze. She listened to us and suggested ways in which Helping Hands could help us around the house, including preparing and cooking meals. Very much looking forward to our care package starting next week.
Very helpful, answered all my questions and offered more advice
To date the Carers have have been supportive, diligent and been keeping a good record of each visit. As I am frequently away I feel confident that my Mother is being well looked after in my absence and that I will be contacted if required.
Everyone is always so helpful!
Lucy was very helpful & understanding of our needs.
Informative, pleasant personal interview.
You listened, called me by my name, n gave me hope with a promise to visit us. Thank you, Gill
Care plan says to let my step father have a short walk using his grudge frame to relief pressure off his bottom.but carees mostly are still not allowing this to much to take night bag off for couple of mins
Very pleased so far but only the first visit. My mother really liked Linda but she mentioned that she wouldn't be the regular visitor which is a shame.. Keep up the good work thanks paul.
Having been cared for 8 years since 2011, I am pleased we have such caring people for the elderly because we all get old and need care and it is important elderly people live a long and happy life, which caring carers help them achieve.
Very helpful and understanding
I found the operative very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. I feel like I'm in good hands and that my parents will get the help they need. Look forward to the assessment to see what happens with it
Initially I used the 'Chat Line', but was really disappointed because the person i connected with disappeared while i was in the middle of typing my query!!!. Sam(Samuel Roberts) however was a totally different kettle of fish! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Loads of compassion and understanding and even though he sounded so young, his grasp of what elderly people and their carers need to help make the world go round was astounding! I own my own business and if I had an employee like Sam I would treasure him-he's a SUPERSTAR!!!. Thank you and I am looking forward to my meeting with India/Louise on Monday to get everything sorted
I was very pleased with the prompt response.
Can't judge on basis of telephone call only
Very approachable, sensitive to our needs and a nice kind caring person ??
