Matt Bristow and the team would love to hear your feedback, as it will help them to continue improving their services for all of their customers. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to hear from you soon.
My aunt has been receiving support from helping hands for 18 months . Having regular carers has made a massive difference . The main carer (Naseebah) has developed a very positive relationship with my aunt , understanding her needs, likes and dislikes. This has helped my aunt be more receptive to the care she needs. Thank you for providing a professional service .
I approached Helping Hands to arrange weekly care visits for my elderly cousin. The branch managers at Kensington & Chelsea were helpful and professional. Most importantly the carer, Monica Henkel-Aduama, was absolutely wonderful and my cousin had nothing but good things to say about her. We are very grateful for the excellent care, integrity and kindness she has provided over the past months.
During the course of this year Helping Hands in Kensington have provided excellent and caring support for my father who is 96. Both he, my sister, other family members and myself are very pleased with the service which is provided on a twice daily basis - morning and evening. The support provided is tailored to his needs in an imaginative and helpful manner that gives me the confidence to know that when I am not around my father is being well looked after. Allocation of responsibilities take into account the areas off support I prefer to provide myself and the ones which Helping Hands provide and which are being provided to a high standard. I very much look forward to the future support of Helping Hands.
I’ve been working for Helping Hands for just over a year. I started off as a carer and as of recent have progressed to becoming a care training and practitioner. That being said I still love to go and see our customers whenever possible as I feel that this company has provided an outstanding service to outstanding people, thus allowing me to build a fruitful relationship with them whilst giving them the service they need. Helping Hands has helped me further my knowledge and experience not only in the field of care but in life as well. I will be forever in debt to this amazing organisation.
I will give not 5 stars but 10 stars to this company love working with the company staff are amazing if any writers this review and think of working or getting service from helping hands, don’t think twice I’m sure it’s will be the right juice to make.
I am a carer at Kensington and Chelsea and the branch is amazing. Management are very good too and very supportive.
I have been in this company for a very long time and started off working as a carer. I am so passionate and dedicated in this field as I love helping others. Even the most challenging of people you help can be wonderful once you get to know them and they begin able to trust you. I’ve had a pleasure of meeting so many amazing customers and colleagues throughout my journey at Helping Hands. I was then promoted to work in the office as a CTP for 8 months and I have just been promoted to a Care Coordinator. I am so greatful for this opportunity because it’s such a rewarding job as I am helping people everyday. I couldn’t thank all the amazing people in Helping Hands who have helped and supported me to grow in my confidence and progress in the field I have always wanted to work in since a young age! Helping Hands is definitely a place I would recommend if you want to have career progression & has lots of company benefits ! I used to work for other care company’s but I can definitely say Helping Hands has been the best place I have worked for.
Philippa organised a visiting care arrangement on very short notice when my 92 year old cousin's live in carer returned home before the COVID lockdown. Philippa visited my cousin for an assessment and was very thorough and professional, both in defining her needs as well as creating a suitable care plan. This care was so good that my cousin recovered so much that after a few weeks she was able to manage independently - and this week went shopping to Waitrose on her own!. so thank you for your responsiveness and support
Prompt, grasped situation quickly, pleasant, polite, efficient
It's clearly a very easy system to use, no huge amount of data to be asked for or processed before someone comes to do an assessment, and this will be done quite quickly . And the staff person I spoke to was lovely and very helpful.
Kind caring and effective
Hayley was very helpful. She explained clearly what Helping Hands offer and gave me her name and a number to contact her on with further questions which was very reassuring.
Mr Bhatt was very professional, patient and thorough, and left us feeling confident.
My questions were answered satisfactorily and I felt encouraged to continue exploring if your organisation would meet my needs.
Polite, helpful, kind able to understand and listen. Thank you
Georgia, our patient's carer, is most delightful, kind, caring and helpful!. We, being--and residing--in New York had no idea of how we were going to help the patient, Joel, in a London hospital. He had just severely broken his ankle, which required two separate surgeries--and gave inhuman pain... Somehow I was lucky enough to have found Helping Hands! And on a weekend which was also a national holiday, Phoebe was able--and dilligent--to provide the wonderful Georgia as Joel's hospital carer.. Thank you,. Marsha in New York.
Efficiency
Not now as I really busy
interested and courteous and asked all the right questions
I have used "Helping Hands" for over a year including live-in-care though my experience is primarily with the visiting service. Initially I had an excellent rapport with the branch manager who left recently and I have yet to meet the new manager. My first carer was superb but he left last July when his family moved away from London. We have subsequently had a series of carers one of whom is truly excellent, others do not have a particular relationship with my husband and seem less able to motivate him. The recent live-in carer was excellent but not well enough supported by the visiting team, who came at all different times to relieve her giving her no means of planning her time off. Also despite a visit from the live-in team manager no care plan was given her and she had only my pretty comprehensive report to work with.I always feel able to discuss issues of concern with the care co-ordinator.
Was thorough and undestanding
The individuals who attend have been, so far as I can tell, friendly and have mostly carried out the designated tasks with efficiency.
Kind, considerate, polite and efficient
Efficient and manages to make Vivian smile
Christine was in helpful listening mode. Responded to my questions by checking info first. Her voice is very clear and polite.
Clear concise help and totally understood the situation
This is a first call and will need to see outcome thanks
Caroline was prepared, thoughtful, helpful whilst listening to us in a very calm and respectful way.. She answered our questions whilst giving us space and really listened to which qualities are important to our mum and ourselves from a live in carer.. We were reassured and look forward to meting the new carer, to help her settle in with mum... Thankyou.
Christopher was very helpful
