Our assessor arrived on time for the appointment. She was very knowledgable and was able to answer all of our questions. I was given all the information I needed in order to make an informed decision regarding my mums care. She spent time talking to my mum in order to find out what she would like from the service. My mum felt very at ease with her. I found it reassuring to have received emails confirming the appointment. The fact that I received the terms and conditions before the appointment meant I was able to ask questions and get answers to anything I was unsure about. All in all I was very satisfied with the whole assessment process. Congratulations!
