I am not a client but today, mid morning, my wife and I were at the Costa Coffee shop oposite the British Wool factory in Canal Road, Bradford and we saw one of your ladies helping one of your clients - who we later knew to be called Ruth - both in the coffe shop ansd then getting into a black car. I was so impressed with the care that Ruth was being given, that I told your lady how impressed I was. My own career as a solicitor was 40 years in health care and I have seen a lot of the industry. Your lady said that the comments "Had made her day" and she told me she worked for you. Her level of care and love was at the very top end and I hope you will mention this apprecation to her.

Shipley has a great team A carer does not have to visit someone’s house to care for them They can also visit a person just to call in for company for someone having a coffee and a chat especially if family do not live local

I sought last-minute care for my husband as I was going away for 10 days & he suddenly became ill. This was arranged at very short notice & I have to say a big "Thank you" to the staff and carers involved. My husband seems to have enjoyed talking to each individual who attended & I had the pleasure of coming home to a house which had been tidied & cleaned throughout my holiday. I would not hesitate to recommend this business or to use them again.

Always very helpful and accommodating . My grandad loves all the carers who visit. Would definitely recommend.
