My Mom had the most outstanding care, support and compassion from the amazing Solihill team. They supported not only her but also our family during a very difficult time. I could not have managed to give mom full support without them due to still working for the NHS. Mom has sadly passed but I will never forget Helping hands for treating Mom like their own family and keeping her safe. She always wanted her last years and days at home. Helping hands allowed me to carry out her wishes. Once Mom was in Palliative care Helping hands stepped in to also support my Husband and I. A painful journey I could not have done without them. A special thank you to Nicki and Sue for their outstanding care, compassion and support. You will never be forgotten.

Denny and her team provided an amazing, attentive service during my dad's final months. Dad fought against his MND condition and was a very proud man. Emma, Zoe, Chloe, Tracy to name a few offered us so much support and won dad over to accept their help. They tended to his every need and he was always immaculate. During dad's final days, at home, helping hands family came 4 times a day and sat with dad through the night. I have so much admiration for the job they do and genuine care they gave to dad and us. For the short time we knew Denny and the team we felt like they were part of the family. We cannot thank you enough for making my dad comfortable during his final days. Because we have found them to be efficient and very caring. There has always been a good response to requests we have made. My mother has built good relationships with Carer's and we have had good communications with all staff which has been much appreciated at all times.

This is the second time we have used Helping Hands to support our mother return home after time spent in hospital. Carers were available the day she was discharged and support was in place from the moment she was discharged.

You are professional. Quick to respond. Knowledgeable and have excellent people skills with clients and their relatives

Denny's approach to running the business side of Helping Hands is very corporate, which means she's wonderfully efficient, as opposed to BCC run Agencies, which are Public Sector and the complete opposite.
