We have our own training academy at Helping Hands which gives each employee a bespoke learning experience, helping them to develop in their role and progress if they wish. We’re proud of the effort our carers put into caring for their customers and also in developing themselves as carers, and we love the fact that so many of our managers began as carers with us and have chosen to stay and develop their career.
