I want to thank the staff at Wimbledon branch for the help they have given me for my partner Stanley Green. We have only recently arranged daily care, to help me with housework. Unfortunately I was admitted to hospital on Friday and am still there. The carers have been great, especially Victoria and Marian who have been absolutely great especially today when Stanley did not hear to give access. I was so worried. All ok now but I don't know what I would have done without you all Thank you SO much. Hilary Wilkinson.
Our issue with mum was acute and Helping Hands responded very quickly and we were able to get something in place within 2 days. It's early on in our journey with your company. We are still trying to work out what we need.
Excellent service provided overall.
The assessor took plenty of time, was very interested in getting to know the lady in question and provided clear answers to all questions
