The lady who came this week, Stacey, was brilliant because she was wearing her mask , she used hand sanitizer and put on an apron. I've taken one mark off because not all the carers over the last few weeks have done all of those things, despite being lovely people and caring for Mum really well. Please could you ensure all carers are wearing PPE when they come. Thank you.

Excellent responsive service that came to our aid in a medical crisis. Arranged emergency care on a Saturday afternoon that started on a Monday admist COVID-19 lockdown. Just amazing. Claire was so reassuring and calming. Can't thank her enough for her help, compassion and professionalism. Clare

Since my return home from hospital I have enjoyed such good care from the staff at helping hands. They anticipate my needs and are so kind always leaving me comfortable and secure. Dawn in particular, is my most regular career, she is excellent. I live alone and want to stay at home, Helping Hands make this possible.

Late twice on first day due to car problems and getting lost. But second day was very good. Would recommend to friends

I have been very impressed with Helping Hands. My initial chat with Tabby online was very helpful and she passed me on to Laura who again was very efficient and helpful. Then Sam came to visit and we talked through what care would suit Mum best. Again, she was helpful and efficient. Kim arrived on Saturday to sit with Mum and she was lovely- I had no worries about leaving Mum in her care. Thank you all.

My Moms new carer Carol started last thurs, Leanne the coord who my mom had met also came over to intro & show Carol where things needed were. Which was a lovely thought. My Mom has settled very well with Carol & seems very at ease with her, which a massive relief to us & her. Thankyou.

The lady on the phone was extremely helpful and gave me confidence that HH staff would have a good positive approach with my mum who has dementia. I have scored 7 on the 2nd question as I've only had 1 initial conversation so my contact with the company has been limited so far.
