From hospital to home

Compassionate, expert-led care to ease your loved one back into home life.

It’s not always possible to anticipate when a loved one might be discharged from hospital after an accident, illness or surgery, We can, in some cases, have one of our fully-trained carers in the home within 24 hours of your initial call, ensuring your loved one isn’t left feeling isolated or unsupported. Our carers can provide practical, physical and emotional support to your loved one alongside their doctors and nurses, ensuring they continue to receive the specialist care and attention they need.

Fed up of waiting for care?

We can provide short-term support at home while you arrange a long-term solution.

Trying to find a bed in a care home can be like looking for a needle in a haystack. While you weigh up the options, we can provide short-term care so that your loved one still gets the support they need. In fact, we believe that staying at home is also a better long-term care solution, as it offers fully-managed, one-to-one support whilst allowing your loved one to retain their independence.

Hatching plans this Easter?

We’re a safe and loving pair of hands for elderly family members who can’t travel.

Easter is a chance for us to relax, reflect, and refocus. It’s also a time when many of us wish to get away for a week or two, but we may have an elderly loved one who needs to be considered. With compassionate, personalised support from a Helping Hands carer, you can have full peace of mind that they’re still getting the exceptional support and companionship you’d normally provide.
