Whistleblowing
At Helping Hands, if any of our carers or employees are concerned about anything at work, we are here to help. This may include:
- criminal activity;
- failure to comply with any legal obligation;
- miscarriages of justice;
- danger to health and safety;
- damage to the environment;
- the deliberate concealment of any of the above matters.
Whether you are a carer or work in the support office, it is essential that you feel safe in your work environment. That is why it is essential to raise any issues as quickly as possible.
If you wish to submit a whistle-blowing concern, you can send it confidentially to SpeakUp@helpinghands.co.uk. It will then be dealt with in line with our company policy.
