What a difference Live-in Care can make

We thought I would share with you a letter received from a customers family member. This is what makes Live in care the perfect care option for so many.

Dear Helping Hands

I want to tell you how pleased that I, as well as other members of my family, have been with the services provided by Helping Hands and very particularly by your live in carer, who is looking after my father.

My wife and I spent the Christmas Holiday period with my father and had a very good opportunity to see the carer doing her work. At all times she was most attentive to his needs, both general and personal. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her and, despite his being irritable on occasions, she took it all in her stride. She is an excellent cook and provides him with well prepared meals that are very much to his liking. She is extremely capable and never seems to stop working. Indeed, she is constantly cleaning and tidying up so that, today, his house is far cleaner and better organised than it has been in many years. She is a lot of fun and provides companionship which is also a great boon to my father’s mental condition since he had been living alone before her arrival.

All in all, we cannot speak highly enough in praise of our carer and the care that she is giving. We very much appreciate you sending her to us and thank you very much.
