The offer applies to a minimum one-week booking, so if you’re arranging a week of respite care, that’s £400 off your care costs. Longer bookings can also benefit from the weekly saving.

Offer Terms and Conditions
The offer is available to Helping Hands customers who have completed one respite care booking within the last 12 months. The offer applies to the second respite care booking only and the booking must be for a minimum of one week. The booking must be confirmed by 31 December 2026. Care can take place at a later date, but care dates must be provided at the time of booking and must fall within 12 months of confirmation. The offer is subject to availability and Helping Hands being able to meet the customer’s care requirements. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. If the booking is cancelled or materially changed, eligibility for the offer may be reassessed. The offer has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred to another customer. Helping Hands reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer where reasonably necessary.
