I only had them for 8 days as cover for my normal care,I found them very helpful and understanding,my experience with other carers made me wary but they exceeded my expectations and overall couldn't have wanted more. Outstanding quality of care.

Nan was finding it hard with the day to day chores etc My nan loves the support she receives. It's been a massive help to the family and really does live up to the helping hands name. Couldn't be anymore grateful for the care and support Nan receives and the house is taken good care of too. Wouldn't be without you now. Would certainly recommend Helping Hands.

I approached helping hands as my Dad’s regular carers were unable to provide extra visits needed. He was due a cataract operation and needed 3 visits a day to administer eye drops. They were able to provide an initial overnight stay and I must say the carer was brilliant with Dad, she was able to connect with him immediately and is a real credit to the company. The other visits have been going really well and I am very very impressed with the whole team from the initial assessment visit, the very professional and caring carers to the online portal where I can easily see what has happened at each visit. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Only had carer 2 days so far so good, after a bit more time, the routine will become easier, feels a bit rushed at the moment, I'm sure it'll settle down in time.

I am the carer for my mother so I only have her reporting to go by and her short term memory is mostly very poor so it is difficult to get an accurate impression but the carers have come when they said and have supervised the medicine as requested. I had three calls after the first visit Thursday morning and none since so I think it is working well.

Laura has been great organising Derek's care plan and Brandon is such a smashing chap, so helpful and polite with always a smile
